Coverage is 14" to 24" depending on the scenario. For small planted nano tanks with medium light demand, coverage is 14" (with the bottom of the light 4" above the water). Entry level planted tanks with low light demand will have 20-24 inches of coverage (6 inches above the water). For large fish, low light demand tanks only coverage is up to 24 inches (6-8 inches above the water).
