HOW IT'S MADE Lobo Lures begin life as an idea! Once they make their way from research and development they make their way to the product line-up. First we make our inserts by CNC machining them in a 5 step proccess. They go from bar stock, to a saw, from the saw they hit the CNC machine where the shape is cut, Lobo Scalez Pattern is machined and the insert is bored out. The insert is then deburred, cleaned and stored!From there it goes to our Shell Department where it is cleaned. Shell is custom made for various applications. Shell is selected and added. Eyes and logo are added along with a center rod.At this point it goes to the Resin Department where it is poured with military grade urethane resin and put in curing tanks for up to 24 hours.Once removed they are prepped for skirting and sent to the rigging team.
